Your home away from home starts with your secure private two car garage. Where your luggage, groceries and children are easily transported to the penthouse via the internal lift directly to your front door. For further relaxation; you can simply pass the time in the 400kg "Picasso" limestone bath.
Ocean views ocean views; uninterrupted views from your 150m2 private balcony. It simply doesn't get any better then this. You will have access to free wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, SONOS system, internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer, two e-bikes will be available for ease of getting around beautiful Kiama.
You will also have access to the private pool and spa within the complex or simply stroll across the road to access one or both of Kiama's rock pools.
This unique penthouse boasts the best centrally located position in Kiama, literally in the heart of Kiama on Black Beach; next door to the Sebel, a stone's throws to the main Street; where you will find, coffee shops, restaurants, shops and everything you need.
Literally across the harbour a short walk you can access the local fresh seafood market. Once per month a skip across the road is the very popular Sunday markets (the third Sunday of every month). Hindmarsh park is literally next door where as Black Beach reserve is directly across the road.
Interested in the Blowhole or the Lighthouse both of these are a simple 5 minute stroll away, whilst the main street: Terralong Street is under a two minute walk. Want to stroll further a field or take the e-bikes why not take the cycle path or join the coastal walk from across the road. "If you are looking for comfort and luxury then look no further! We could not fault the apartment and it was so clear that the owners had gone to a lot of effort to make it a special place. From Sonos sound system, to a sensor light in the pantry and Sheridan towels, they had thought of everything. Will definitely stay again. Loved every minute."

"6 star Accomodation with amazing views. Look NO further, this apartment is spacious and very clean with wonderful inclusions in the heart of beautiful Kiama. Sleeping in the beds was like sleeping on clouds, high end linen and pillows. Kiama is my preferred location for short stay weekend getaways, what Belle Vue offers, no other accommodation does. I will now make Belle Vue my preferred address in Kiama, looking forward to spending more time there. My cousins and I had such an amazing time, thank you so much Erin:)"

Perfect location
"Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is decorated very beautifully in a sophisticated manner. The interior, spacious balcony and beach vista blends seamlessly into one. We enjoyed a lovely weekend here and the sunsets overlooking the beach were ones to remember. We will definitely be back. Without hesitation I rate our stay as 10/10."
